Consumer actions against rising prices worldwide 2022, by category
According to the findings of a study conducted with global consumers between January and February 2022, consumers mostly started purchasing less as a response to the rising consumer goods prices. Across all consumer goods categories, purchasing less was the most frequently taken action. Overall, the category that was impacted by rising prices and changing consumer behavior the most was clothing and accessories.
