According to a survey carried out in Mexico in 2021 among people who had made use of telemedicine, the most common medical service received by respondents during a remote consultation were prescriptions, with ** percent of respondents. Disease follow-up ranked second, with ** percent of respondents indicating they received this medical service remotely. According to that same study, the most common practice during remote medical consultations was the clarification of doubts.
