According to a survey carried out in December 2021, ** percent of clinicians in Germany believed in ten years' time the frequent use of telehealth and digital health technologies will negatively impact clinicians ability to show empathy with patients, the highest share among selected countries. On the other hand, less than half of the clinicians surveyed in China, India, and Japan agreed that empathy would be negatively affected.
