According to a survey of general practitioners conducted in November 2020 in selected European countries, almost in ** general practitioners in the Netherlands encountered technical issues when using mobile healthcare apps. A large number of GPs in the United Kingdom also reported experiencing technical issues such as device compatibility and crashing with health apps, while only ** percent of doctors in Germany reported the same issues.
