Russian men worked 39.2 hours per week on average in the second quarter of 2023. That was nearly two hours longer than the working time of women. Furthermore, female employees reported a decrease in hours worked per week compared to the previous quarter. In total, the average weekly working time on the main job in Russia reached 38.3 hours between April and June 2023.
