This terminal is owned by Caofeidian Xintian Liquefaction Natural Gas Company and is located in the Hebei province, with a planned processing capacity of 12 million metric tons per year. By comparison, the tenth largest LNG terminal in construction or proposal stage is the Tianjin LNG terminal, which will have an annual capacity of 5.1 million metric tons.
