In 2020, ** percent of Nigerian e-commerce users were planning to do less supermarket shopping even after the pandemic. The same was true for ** percent of South Africans and ** percent of Kenyans. Moreover, increased online grocery shopping after the health crisis was expected by ** percent of Egyptian digital shoppers.
