England: Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxford, Essex, Inner London, Outer London, Kent, Surrey, East and West Sussex (in the surrounding area of London).

France: Ile de France and the Rhone-Alpes (Paris and Lyon).
