According to a February 2021 study, ** percent of surveyed travelers worldwide made use of travel agent apps before the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, whereas about ** percent of the survey sample claimed to use such apps since the start of the health crisis. That said, ** percent of respondents expected to use travel agent apps for future travels.
