The findings are based on a survey across Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Industries of SMBs surveyed include construction, financial services, manufacturing, media, resources, retail and wholesale, services, telecommunications, and utilities.
