According to a survey conducted in 2021, approximately ** percent of respondents from businesses in the Guangdong - Hong Kong - Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) said that the shortage of technology talent was a key challenge to business technology adoption in their copmany. In contrast, only six percent of respondents indicated that insufficient government incentives were a major challenge to adopting new business technologies.
