This survey asked French people if, and to which frequency, they felt a lag linked to the use of digital technology to the point of feeling alone in 2018. We note that that year, 36 percent of people questioned said they sometimes felt alone because of a lag linked to the use of digital technology.
When seniors aged 60 and over were asked if they felt excluded because they did not know much about digital technologies, about 79 percent of them reported never feeling that way.
