On February 29, 2020 the first cases of COVID-19 in Mexico were reported and by June, nearly 100,000 cases had been recorded. Amidst the outbreak, home office has been one of the main structural changes implemented by companies in order to limit the spread of the virus. Among employees working from home in June 2020, almost ** percent of respondents stated experiencing less stress when working at home than when working from the office, according to an online survey carried out in the country. In comparison, only ** percent of interviewees described the home-office period as more stressing.
