In the six months to June 2024, about ** percent of adults in a survey about telecommunications in Australia said they used their mobile phones to access the internet multiple times a day.

Mobile internet use

The share of mobile consumers who perform online shopping activities has expanded, with almost half of mobile consumers browsing shopping websites or apps and **** purchasing products online. While many consumers use mobile shopping platforms for convenience, interestingly, the distribution of mobile-commerce transactions is fairly evenly split across apps and browsers.
