Some of the practices that were introduced by Russian companies due to COVID-19 were planned to introducing on regular basis. According to the survey, 36 percent of companies looked into keeping remote work after the pandemic, while 46 percent stated they would keep online training. At the same time, more than one half of respondents expected to return to the previous model of work.
