The ranking considers 12 dimensions, each with a respective weight on the final result. For each category, the country with the best indicator receives a score of 100, and the corresponding proportion score of the remaining countries is calculated.
Costa Rica was considered the most sustainable country in Latin America in 2021, according to a ranking evaluating a series of indicators in selected countries in the region, with an index score of ****.
