A survey carried out in the United Kingdom (UK) in March 2020, found that only five percent of respondents currently use digital health services to consult with doctor online instead of face-to face appointments. However, 58 percent of respondents said they would definitely consider using digital health services if it was available, instead of visiting a doctor in person to help minimize the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). On the other hand, 13 percent of respondents mention they wouldn't use digital health services as they still prefer personal face-to-face appointments.
