According to a survey carried out in Chile on March 16 2020, 64 percent of respondents did not agree that the government had taken timely and appropriate decisions to address the novel coronavirus (which causes the COVID-19) crisis. According to the same survey, 51 percent of Chilean respondents said the country is little or not at all prepared to protect the population against COVID-19.
