As of February 2021, only 15 percent of consumers surveyed in the United States had used online resale websites such as Poshmark or thredUP. In turn, almost eight in ten respondents said they were not interested in such sites. Women were more inclined to use these platforms to resell clothing in the U.S., compared to men.
