In 2019, almost 80 percent of the respondents to a survey conducted in France declared that they sort plastic systematically. However, around 10 percent only sorted plastic sometimes or never.
In 2020, around 70 percent of the French people questioned about their intentions about plastic packaging usage, stated that they are taking steps to reduce their consumption.
