Data coverage corresponds to code I_NBSKL of INDIC_IS (Information Society Indicators).

In 2019, 12 percent of Hungarians stated that they had not made an online purchase over the past 12 months because they lacked the necessary skills. This share was one percent lower than in the previous year.
