According to this 2019 survey, roughly **** of the employers in the Netherlands offers development opportunities to its employees. Just over half of the employees taking part in this survey said to also have used these opportunities. Of the research university graduates, ** percent stated that they have taken professional trainings or courses in the past. Among vocational training graduates this percentage was much lower, at just over ** percent.
