Do high Black Friday discounts influence people in the Netherlands to buy things they normally would not buy? ** percent of respondents taking part in this survey stated that this was the case for them. Noord-Brabant counted most impulse shoppers, at over ** percent. By comparison, in neighboring province Zeeland, only percent of survey participants answered to buy things they do not need on Black Friday.
