In 2018, the majority of Norwegian millennials (45 percent) picked up the phone and called the doctor when booking a medical appointment. When consulting a medical expert, however, 20 percent of the respondents made a phone call, whereas 70 percent went to the doctor in person. Likewise, most of the respondents (53 percent) received test results at the doctor, while 13 percent got access to these from their smartphone.
