Every fifth teenager in Poland, at least once a year or more often, has neglected sleeping or eating to use the internet. The most common factor that caused teenagers to log on to the internet for too long was boredom. Nearly ** percent of the young people surveyed indicated that they use the internet at least once a week, although there is no particular need to use the internet.
