Reasons for not using selected e-government in Belgium in 2024, by age
In 2024, around 82 percent of internet users in Belgium aged 25 to 34 years old who did not use selected e-government services said it was not necessary for them to do it. Furthermore, 18 percent of those between 75 and 89 years who also did not use these services said they let another person do it for them.
