In 2013, micro, small and medium-size businesses in Honduras accounted for 99.74 percent of all enterprises in the country. Similarly, in the same year, 99.63 percent of enterprises in El Salvador were SMEs. The share of SMEs was significantly lower in the Dominican Republic, where they made up for 88.36 percent of all businesses.
