Although certain solutions were sought after, sustainable features were not that important for U.S. consumers who were looking for a new home in 2022. Indeed, realtors believed that their clients were most interested in what*** their potential new house might contain. The source does not mention explicitly why this was the case: This could be for sustainability, to curb energy costs or to make sure a home is sturdily built.
