In 2025, features related to utility and operation costs were the most popular among real estate clients according to realtors in the U.S. Renewable energy systems and green building features were among the least important features. Nevertheless, over ***percent of clients considered energy-efficient doors and windows to be very or somewhat important according to realtors.
