According to the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Global Consumer Survey conducted in China in 2022, around a third of the older respondents said they found online customer reviews very helpful when choosing a product. Comparatively, around ** percent of the senior respondents thought they missed the shopping experience when buying things from digital marketplaces.
