From its humble beginnings as a donut shop, Denny's has transformed into a renowned U.S. full service restaurant. Previously known for its 24/7 service, 365 days a year, many locations now have reduced hours due to lower traffic and higher costs. Denny’s is owned by the Denny’s Corporation, which has also run Keke's Breakfast Café since 2022. In fall 2024, the company announced its plan to expand Keke's nationwide while closing 150 Denny's locations within the next 12 to 18 months.
