It is especially the important today, when over 40 percent of American adults experience some sort of sleep disorder in their lives, to which the conditions of sleep contribute greatly, including the mattress they sleep on and the bedding they use. On average, U.S. residents spent 107 U.S. dollars on mattresses, and 73 U.S. dollars on bedroom linens in 2023.
