Chinese businessman Liu Chuanzhi founded Lenovo — then known as Legend — in 1984, changing the name to become formally known as Lenovo in 2003. The company sells and produces various consumer electronics, smart home devices, and data center products, generating revenues of more than 60 billion U.S. dollars in fiscal year 2021.
