This report provides data on the film industry in Nigeria, Ghana, and Liberia. After a global overview and a chapter on the revenue generated by this sector in anglophone West-Africa, this report shows data on the number of movie theaters and screens, which are mainly located in Nigeria and Ghana. The third chapter focuses on data on the main titles released across these three countries, mostly produced by the giant of the cinematography production Hollywood, Bollywood, and Nollywood. Eventually, the last chapter illustrates data on the market value in Nigeria and Ghana, including figures on the contribution to the GDP as well as on advertising value, and employment.
