When choosing neighborhoods to live in, LGBTQ homeowners in the United States in 2020 considered the quality of the neighborhood and its convenience to a job to be the most important factors affecting the choice. Between the different LGBTQ sexual orientations, there was relatively similar importance placed on all factors. Among other important factors in choosing a neighborhood were convenience to family or friends, entertainment, shopping, and affordability.
