The statistic shows the main information and disinformation topics regarding EU in Italy in the first two months of 2019. In general, criminality and unemployment were the most covered topics by Italian mass media, while public finance and climate change were almost absent from the public debate. In particular, 14 percent of the information provision covered the topic unemployment while ten percent dealt with criminality. On the other hand, the disinformation focused mostly on criminality and immigration.
