Skin colour; Ethnic origin; Religion or religious beliefs; Age (such as being too old or too young); Sex/gender (such as being a man or a woman); Disability; Sexual orientation (such as being gay, lesbian or bisexual); Something else."

* The survey was conducted in Finland from November 2, 2015 to August 9, 2016; in Denmark from October 24, 2015 to March 14, 2016; and in Sweden November 2, 2015 to March 30, 2016.

**The sample size in Finland was 502 respondents, in Denmark 1,085 respondents, and in Sweden 1,098 respondents.
