The number of completed housing units in Scotland in 2024 was lower than in the previous year. That came after a couple of years of increasing numbers of housing completions after 2020, which was, in fact, the year with the least number of homes completed throughout the whole timeline included here. Dwelling completions in England also fell sharply in 2020.
