This statistic illustrates the forecasted share of the total value in merger and acquisition transactions that will consist of cross-border deals from 2019 to 2021. It can be seen that Chile has been estimated to have the highest percentage of deals that will be cross-border as of 2021. The United States has been forecast to have the smallest percentage of total deal value that will consist of cross border activity, although the value of cross-border deals in the United States are far higher than any other country listed.
