During 2022, drugs for rare diseases generated the largest single share of revenue of pharmaceutical company Recordati, with around 32 percent. Over-the-counter drugs accounted for 16.2 percent of revenue, while subsidiaries' local product portfolios made up 12.8 percent of sales. Recordati is an international group headquartered in Milan, whose branches are operational all over the world.
