Despite CEOs having a less than positive outlook on the global economy in 2020, more than half of US based CEOs surveyed said they were planning mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in 2020. On a global level, the engineering and construction industry had the highest percentage of CEOs planning M&A in 2020.
