This statistic illustrates the share of success factors in successful and unsuccessful deals made in the three years up to 2017. It can be seen that strong *** was a key factor seen in successful deals. In all factors considered, respondents that had seen a successful deal in the previous 3 years had a far higher achievement rate as compared to those whose M&A deals were unsuccessful.
