An outbound tourism trip (visit) is defined by the source as a trip made by a Russian national to a foreign country for any main purpose (business, leisure, or other personal purpose) other than to be employed by a resident entity (enterprise) registered in the country visited or attend a long-term training course. Trips of Russian service staff (crews) on public transport, diplomats, national diplomats, consulate personnel, military personnel, and their beneficiaries are not included.

Citation formats
