This statistic presents the frequency of cyber threats over the next three years according to senior information technology practitioners worldwide as of 2017, by threat type. According to the findings, only 19 percent of respondents stated that as of today cyber extortion was a very frequent attack to their organization. However, 42 percent of respondents stated that this would be a very frequent threat to their organization.
