This statistic presents the factors that could cause a decline in an organization's cyber security posture in the next three years according to senior information technology practitioners worldwide. According to the survey results, in 2015, 33 percent respondents stated that lack of suitable technologies increases the potential of a decline in their organization's cyber security posture against cyber threats. As such, when asked the same regarding the coming year of 2018, there was a 20 percentage point increase in responses, with 53 percent of respondents reporting that a lack of suitable tech would weaken their company's cyber security.
