In the source, the data can be found under "Pesca". The database does not specify the date of data update.
Due to the census published by the INE, the data for 2013 were recalculated and, from that year onwards, a new series not comparable with previous data is started.
The 2013 data includes from December 2012 to November 2013.
Sole consumption in Spain has remained stable in recent years at around 0.65 kilos per person. Since the beginning of the period studied, however, the trend has been downward by about three tenths. On the other hand, if we look at the total consumption of sole in Spain, it has increased slightly in 2019 regarding to the previous year.
