Spain has some formulas of public-private collaboration in the health system, such as concerts held between regional health services and private centers, administrative mutualism and administrative concessions that include the management of health services.
Administrative mutualism is a mechanism for health coverage of officials through the following mutual societies: General Mutual Society of State Civil Servants (Muface), the Social Institute of the Armed Forces (Isfas) and the General Judicial Mutuality (Mugeju).
