Spain has some formulas of public-private collaboration in the health system, such as concerts held between regional health services and private centers, administrative mutualism and administrative concessions that include the management of health services.
Administrative mutualism is a mechanism for health coverage of officials through the following mutuals: MUFACE, MUGEJU and ISFAS.
The source adds that, in 2015, seven insurance companies subscribed health care concerts with mutuals (SegurCaixa Adeslas, Asisa, DKV, Caser, Igualatorio Médico Quirúrgico Colegial, Mapfre and Sanitas).
