This table presents a comparison between the real benefit obtained in 2015 for six of the Michelin star restaurants in Spain in 2015 and the one they would have obtained if they had had their fellows in staff and they would have charged ** euros a month. While it is true that some would have supposed greater losses than others, most could have faced the payroll of their fellows.
