Serving consumer’s needs
Fresh-food meal kit delivery services send customers a variety of fresh ingredients with a recipe with which to construct the meal. The service is beneficial to consumers who are short on time but still wish to be able to eat meals with fresh ingredients, rather than relying on restaurant or prepared meals. In a recent survey, three of the top four reasons for using meals kits according to consumers centered around convenience.
